Kalsira Homes is run day to day by Ravi Kalsi, who personally steers every project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. The company did not start in an office. It started on site, and that is still where he spends most of the week.
He brings architects, engineers and trades in early, sets clear scopes before anything is priced, and holds the schedule to what was agreed. Permits and municipal approvals across Vancouver, Surrey and the Lower Mainland are coordinated in house.
The result is a limited number of homes each year, built precisely, with a process you can follow from start to finish, and no surprises in the budget.
